Shipping Policy
1. Scope of Delivery
MagLabs offers shipping services across India, covering more than 30,000 PIN codes as serviced by our third-party logistics partners. Availability of delivery to a specific PIN code is subject to confirmation at the time of checkout. MagLabs reserves the right to refuse or limit service to certain areas if deemed operationally unfeasible.
2. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays as observed in India.
- Upon successful processing, a dispatch confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the Customer, containing tracking details and the name of the designated logistics partner.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery timelines are 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch for most urban and semi-urban locations.
- Deliveries to remote, rural, or underserved areas may take 7-10 business days.
- Timelines are estimates and subject to delays due to factors beyond MagLabs’ control, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, or logistical disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
- MagLabs offers complimentary shipping on all orders with a total value exceeding ₹499 (Indian Rupees).
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied, which shall be displayed at checkout.
- Additional charges, if any, due to remote location surcharges imposed by logistics partners, will be communicated to the Customer prior to dispatch.
5. Logistics Partners
MagLabs engages reputed third-party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. The Customer acknowledges that delivery services are subject to the terms and conditions of these third-party providers, over which MagLabs has no direct control.
6. Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be provided via email or SMS upon dispatch, enabling the Customer to monitor the shipment’s progress.
- MagLabs is not liable for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information provided by logistics partners.
7. Delivery Conditions
- The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including but not limited to the recipient’s name, address, PIN code, and contact number.
- MagLabs shall not be liable for non-delivery, misdelivery, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Customer.
