Return & Refund Policy

MagLabs is committed to ensuring Customer satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the following terms govern returns, refunds, and replacements.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, as evidenced by the logistics partner’s delivery confirmation.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all accompanying tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made magnets are non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or materially different from the description provided on our website or e-commerce portal.
  • MagLabs reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.

2.2 Return Procedure

  • To initiate a return, the Customer must contact MagLabs’ customer support team within 7 calendar days of delivery via:

  • The Customer must provide the order number, reason for return, and, if applicable, photographic evidence of damage or defect.
  • Upon approval, MagLabs will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partners. The Customer must pack the product securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the assigned logistics partner.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at the Customer’s location, MagLabs will provide instructions for shipping the product to our designated return facility, with reasonable shipping costs reimbursed upon verification.

2.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned product at our facility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or, at the Customer’s discretion, as store credit redeemable on MagLabs’ website or portals.
  • Shipping charges paid by the Customer (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • Refunds will exclude any discounts or promotional offers applied to the original purchase unless otherwise specified.

2.4 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If a product is delivered damaged, defective, or materially different, the Customer must notify MagLabs within 48 hours of delivery via email (themaglabs@gmail.com) with:
    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or discrepancy.
    • Images of the product and its packaging.
  • Upon verification, MagLabs will, at its discretion, either:
    • Provide a replacement product at no additional cost, including shipping, or
    • Issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
  • Replacement products are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

2.5 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-designed fridge magnets.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the Customer.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.

2.6 Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
  • If an order has been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return, subject to the terms outlined in Sections 2.1–2.5.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

2.7 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a return or refund, MagLabs’ decision, based on reasonable inspection and verification, shall be final, subject to applicable laws.

3. General Provisions

3.1 Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and reporting any issues within the stipulated timeframes.
  • Failure to adhere to the timelines or conditions outlined in this Policy may result in the denial of a return, refund, or replacement.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

  • MagLabs’ liability for any claim arising from this Policy shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
  • MagLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.

3.3 Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
